We work closely with clients from the very beginning, starting with collaborative consultation to understand your vision. We help shape your ideas through detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specification sheets. Whether you're refining a concept or starting from scratch.
Pattern Development
We utilise advanced CAD technology for precise pattern making and size grading. Our team can develop patterns from your provided specifications or refine them using an existing fit sample, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the sampling and production process.
Sourcing
We source fabrics to match your garment design needs—whether it’s composition, texture, or budget. From base materials to trims, accessories, custom labels, and swing tags, we handle the full sourcing process to ensure everything aligns with your brand and product goals.
Sampling
“Do it once, do it right, do it efficiently”. Every order begins with a prototype for your review and approval. This allows you to fine-tune your design before the bulk production commences.
Bulk Production
Bulk production is carried out at our wholly owned factories, where each item is handmade and quality-checked at every stage of the process. Final inspections are conducted during the finishing process to ensure that everything meets our standards before packaging and delivery.
Delivery
Once your order passes the final round of quality checks, it’s approved for dispatch and carefully packaged for shipping. Delivery is arranged through our trusted global courier network to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
